Estimator / Designer

The candidate must be well educated, organised, self-motivated and have hands on and proven record of accomplishment in the electrical contracting industry. Duties will include developing the client base, managing projects, and budgets. Experience in use of Estimating software (SEC) would be an advantage.

Electricians
The suitable candidate for this post should be qualified to 16th Edition Wiring Regulations/JIB – Electrician/JIB – Approved Electrician, and have at least 4 years experience in the electrical contracting industry with a broad range of experience in commercial, industrial and domestic installations. You must be keen, polite, conscientious, trustworthy and ambitious and capable of working alone or as part of a team.
It is essential that you are experienced in working with PVC cables (single core), PVC/PVC cables (twin and earth, 3-core etc), SWA cables, conduit, trunking and cable (basket) tray. Knowledge of data cabling, control system wiring, intruder alarms or fire alarm systems would be beneficial but not essential.
An excellent package is offered to the right applicant with competitive rates of pay with some overtime, company uniform and prospects of the use of a company vehicle. Applicants will be expected to assist the electricians on site. Knowledge of electrical installations and the contracting industry would be advantageous.
Knowledge of working with PVC cables (single core), PVC/PVC cables (twin and earth, 3-core etc), SWA cables, conduit, trunking and cable (basket) tray would be preferable. The right applicant with be offered a competitive rate, together with a company uniform.
